今年でレゴ！：Year of LEGO!

今年も本当に色々なレゴな事があるぞ！（皆も知っていると思うけど。。。）

新商品でディスニーの「トイストーリー」、「カーズ」や「プリンスオブパージャ」も出るし、新しいビル「グランド・エムポリエム」（#10211）も発表になって、限定ミニフィグやバイオニクルの変わりになる「ヒロー・ファクトリー」も出るらしい。

そして何とオンラインの「レゴユニバース」もいよいよオンラインされます。

本当にレゴやレゴのファンにとって２０１０年は素晴らしい年になるかも！

There are so Many Things happening in the World of LEGO this Year! (As many of you probably already know).

New products like the tie-up with Disney for the "Toy Story", "Cars" and "Prince of Persia" line.  The new "Grand Emporium" (#10211) building, Collectable Minifigs and the "Hero Factory" line that will replace Bionicle.

Also "LEGO Universe" is scheduled to go Online!

It really looks like it will be a fabulous year for LEGO and LEGO Fans around the World!

レゴでエコ！：ECO LEGO!

レゴ社はエコで走り、風力発電運送(Wind Turbine Transport #7747)をリリースしました（TBBのポストにより）。カナダやオーストラリアの店で見た人はいますが、米国や日本でのリリースは未定。

昨年レゴはヴェスタース社のためモーター付きの限定ヴェスタース風力発電(Vestas Windmill #4999)を出しました。ヴェスタースの社員しか手に入れる事が出来たけれど、自分でパーツを集めて作りたい人の為に説明書はレゴから出ています（本１＆本２）。

こう言うエコモデルがもっと出るといいですね、レゴのソーラーパネルの家でもいいね！

LEGO is going ECO with the release of the Wind Turbine Transport #7747!  (Post on TBB).  People have reported seeing it in Canada and Australia, but it hasn't been release in the US and Japan yet. 

Last year LEGO released a limited motorized windmill, the Vestas Windmill #4999 for the employees of Vestas.  Although only Vestas employees could purchase this, there are building instructions available (Book1 & Book2) for those people that would like to gather the various parts together themselves and build it. 

It would be great to see LEGO continue on with this and release other alternative energy models, like a house with LEGO Solar Panels!

レゴランドの新ビルダーと新レゴランド！：New LEGOLAND Builders, New LEGOLAND!

先週ブリックジャーナル.com、ノースカントリータイムズとザ・ブラザーズ・ブリックで報道されたけど、カリフォーニアのレゴランドは２００６年以来の３年ぶりに新しいマスタービルダーを雇いました。

１５０名からビルドコンテストにより５人のマスタービルダーと４人のアッソシエイトビルダーに絞りました。

新マスタービルダーは：ジョエル・ベーカー、ブライアン・ハインズ、アマンダ・ジュオン、マーク・ローソンとライアン・ウォード

新アッソシエイトビルダーは：ダナ・ブラドセマ、エリック・クリティー、ブライアン・デッカーとサミュエル・スウィンガー

ライアン・ウォードは毎日、新しい職場で楽しんで仕事をしている写真を上げています。羨ましい！！！また、この間のイベントの写真もアップしています。そしてアメリカのニューズ番組のビデオもKFMB-TV 8のサイトで見えます（英語）。

皆様、本当におめでとうございます！

ところで話かわって、2012～2013年にアジアに初レゴランドががマレーシアでオープンするそうです。プレスリリースはここで読めます（英語）。

いつか日本にもレゴランドが出来る事を願い、そしてレゴビルダーの仕事を募集してくれる事も！

Last week as reported on BrickJournal.com in the North County Times and on The Brothers Brick, LEGOLAND California has for the first time since 2006 hired new Master Builders.

There was a competition that weeded the 150 applicants down to five winning Master Builders and four new Associate Builders. 

The New Master Builders are: Joel Baker, Brian Heins, Amanda Juon, Mark Larson, and Ryan Wood

The New Associates Builders are: Dana Bradsema, Eric Christie, Bryan Decker and Samuel Swiger

Be sure to check out Ryan Wood's picture of the LEGO Work Shop where he will working/enjoying every day!  Simply Magnificent! Ryan has also posted a great gallery of the Event. There is also a news video that can be viewed on the web site of KFMB-TV 8.

On another note, Asia will be getting its first LEGOLAND in Malaysia sometime between 2012 and 2013.  Read the May 20th Press Release here.

Hopefully sometime we will also get one here in Japan someday, and that they will be hiring!

レゴ美建築 ブリックストラクチャーズ＋フランク・ロイド・ライト！：LEGO Artitecture BrickStructures + Frank Lloyd Wright!

以前はレゴ社のためにミニビルを作っているブリックストラクチャーズのアダム・リード・タッカー氏についてポストしましたが、最近レゴ社の発表によると彼は何とレゴ社とフランク・ロイド・ライトのビルを出す専用実施権を頂く事になりました。最初に発表したビルはグッゲンハイム美術館（ただいまBrickStructures.comで販売中）と「落水荘」（８月販売予定）を出す事になりました。

再び凄く奇麗なビルを美術的にミニで表現できたアダム・リード・タッカー氏に賛辞を送りたいと思います。おめでとう！これからも素晴らしいビル作品を楽しみですね！

We previously posted about the fabulous mini structures that Adam Tucker Reed is creating over at Brickstructures for the LEGO group.  Recently it was announced that along with the LEGO Group, he has become the exclusive licensed manufactuor of Architecture sets featureing the buildings of the Frank Lloyd Wright Collection.  The first two buildings will be the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (Available now at BrickStructures.com) and "Falling Water" (Available in August).

Congratulations Adam on creating yet more beautifully artistic miniture models of wonderful buidings.  We look forward to many more!

2009年クリックブリックブック：2009 ClickBrick Book

今回は日本国内のレゴに関しての情報についてです。

レゴジャパンが公式にカタログを出しているのは年に2回。前期と後期。それ以外に年１回クリックブリックが「クリックブリックブック」(cbb）として製品の情報を出しています。今年のcbbは21ページのレゴ情報と今年日本でクリックブリックとしてリリースされるレゴ商品の5ページ分のカタログで構成されています。もうごらんになった方も多いと思いますが・・・

This time we have some information about LEGO here in Japan.

LEGO Japan usually officially releases two catalogs each year.  One in the first half and one in the second. In addition to that ClickBrick puts out a "ClickBrick Book" (cbb) each year.  This years cbb has 21 pages of LEGO information and a five page fold out catalog that lists nearly every model being released in Japan in 2009.  If you are in Japan you probably already have seen a copy of it.....

For those that have yet to, here is what it contains: there is a page devoted to the ClickBrick Stores, a detailed article on the Mini figure and its 35 year anniversary, talks with the au Design Producer Naoki Sakai and manga artist Oohinatagou, a LEGO City diorama spread, a Star Wars character relationship map for the 10th year LEGO Star Wars anniversary, a duplo talk with Chiharu Niiyama, a page about the new LEGO Castle, a How to page about the Mini Bulldozer #8259, a spread about Belvile, a page on Power Miners, a page on LEGO diorama photography, a Bionicle spread, and 2009 LEGO News featuring the RC models #8183 and #8184, Grand Carisol #10196, Taj Mahal #10189 and much, much more.

If you don't have your copy yet, be sure to stop by your nearest ClickBrick and pick up one before they run out!  And do some shopping too!

新しいレゴ作品がブリック禅ギャラリーに！：New LEGO Models in the BrickZen Gallery!

右側の下の方になるけど、ブリック禅のオリジナル作品ギャラリーがあります。最近TAXON5が「バイク」にハマってレゴでバイクを沢山作って写真をアップしています。

またTown Plan #10184の映画館をベースにして内装を頑張って工夫してる新映画館を作っています。

On the right sidebar a bit far down the page is the BrickZen Original Gallery.  Recently TAXON5 has been quite taken with "Bikes" and has uploaded pictures of the many bikes he has created. 

Also based on the Town Plan #10184, he has created a brand new Movie Theater complete with a very detailed interior.

レゴ＃10197ファイヤーブリゲード：LEGO #10197 Fire Brigade

もうご存知の方もいるかもしれませんが、レゴはこの夏から秋にかけて、Emerald Night #10194（現在販売中）やGrand Carousel #10196（７月予定）みたいな素晴らしい新商品をいっぱい出しています。

そして今週、町を作っている方に凄く嬉しいニュースで、新しいビルが出ます、Fire Brigade #10197（９月予定）！1930年代な奇麗な外装に何と！内装もたっぷり細かい所まで出来ている。The Brothers Brickに細かい記事と外と中の写真がいっぱい載っています。

昔懐かしい消防署を作りましょう！

カンカンカン！火事です！凄く細かい部分まで実現している1930年代の消防署から皆が現場に迎えます。Cafe Corner #10182やGreen Grocer #10185と並べる様にデザインされた消防署は凄く珍しいレゴのパーツや高度ビルド術が含まれている。30年代の消防車、4つのミニフィグ、ファイヤードック、開閉式ガレージドアと屋根を取って中までアクセス出来ます。各階家具付きで、消防ツール、ヘルメットのラック、ファイヤポール、卓球台、中身満載の冷蔵庫付きキッチン、ソファー、本棚そして屋根上は水タンクとベルまであります。高さは14インチ（35 cm）、幅10インチ（25 cm）となっています。

早く秋が来て、新しい消防署が欲しいですね！

LEGO has many wonderful new sets coming out over the next few months like the Emerald Night #10194 (available now) and the Grand Carousel #10196 (available in July).  Just this week LEGO announced a new building that will fit nicely with any LEGO town one might be building, the Fire Brigade #10197 (available in September)!  It not only has a beautiful 1930's style exterior, but comes with a very detailed interior as well!  The Brothers Brick has a great detailed article about it with many pictures of the exterior and interior.

ブリックワールド２００９開催！：BrickWorld 2009 Starts!

今週末、６月１８日〜２１日、アメリカ、シカゴでブリックワールド２００９が行われている！米国で最大のレゴの祭典だ。ブリックストラクチャーズのアダム・リード・タッカー氏が始めたブリックワールドは今年２万５千平方フィート（1,858平方メートル）以上の展示スペースと５５０人以上の参加者という規模だ。木曜日と金曜日は参加者のみの参加、そして土曜日と日曜日は一般の人も入場でき、レゴファンの素晴らしい世界が体験出来る！

写真はブリックワールドのフリッカーのページで見ることが出来る。

ブリックジャーナルのジョー・メノー氏はプログラムコーディネーターとして参加し、彼の写真もフリッカーで見ることが出来る。

ビル・ワードのフリッカーが詳細な取材記事を出している。また大勢の方々も多数の写真をアップしている。今年行けない人（私たちも。。。）も是非ご覧下さい！

来年こそ行ってみたい！

This weekend, June 18-21, in Chicago is BrickWorld 2009!  It is the largest LEGO convention in the US.  Founded by Adam Reed Tucker of Brickstructures, this year's BrickWorld will have over 20,000 square feet (1,858 square meters) of display space and over 550 attendees!  Thursday and Friday are only for the attendees and Saturday and Sunday are open to the general public so that they can experience the incredible world of LEGO Fans!

レゴの日本語サイト登場！：LEGO.com Now in Japanese!

今週からLEGO.comでニュース、ダウンロード、ゲーム、ムービーそして勿論素晴らしいレゴの商品情報が日本語で読めるようになりました！ここまで出来るのは凄く大変で、製作スタッフも凄く苦労したと思います。でも日本のレゴコミュニティーにとって日本語で情報が手に入る事は本当に素晴らしい事と思います！製作した皆様、日本語のLEGO.com立ち上げ本当にお疲れ様でした！そして今後も頑張って下さい！応援しています！（パーツやデジタルデザイナーの注文が出来るようになるといいね。。。）

News, Downloads, Games, Movies and of course tons of wonderful LEGO Product information is now available from LEGO.com in Japanese!  It is obvious that a lot of hard work has gone into producing this and putting it together.  It is fabulous for the LEGO community in Japan to now be able to get information in Japanese!  Keep up the Great work LEGO, as they say here in Japan "Gambatte-Kudasai!"
